I have only just come across your program and have been trying to download the ‘free report’ at the very beginning but I don’t have an unzip programme and as I’m not too good on pc’s I cant figure out how to use the 7-zip programme you suggested as an alternative. Could you explain how I should use it? Embarrassingly basic I know…..Thanks
